Great location and experience!
Goulding's LodgeI travel cross country twice a year with my elderly parent and my 8.5 lb miniature dachshund. This place was over the top! Checking in, last minute changes to plans, the tour leaving from the property and a late checkout after the tour were all easy to accomplish. I loved the apartment! The refrigerator easily held all the food I travel with. Comfortable beds. Clean facilities. I will need to return and experience all the things I missed on my short first trip.

Comfortable, small room
Quality Inn Moab Slickrock AreaHotels in the area seem to be struggling to fully staff. The properties are expensive to rent and you don’t get much for your dollar. National parks don’t allow dogs so no tours with dogs were available unless self guided. I booked the room thinking I could get a sunset tour of Arches after arriving from Monument Valley. Nope. Won’t bother stopping in Moab again unless traveling without my dog and elderly parent.

Candlewood Suites San Antonio NW Near Seaworld an IHG HotelGood location. Offered late checkout since I had a late check-in. Comfortable and convenient.

Hampton Inn TaosJust what I needed for our last night on the road. The room was available and the staff helpful and accommodating. I love it when a sense of humor saves the day! Give these guys a try. They will make your stay comfortable and easy.

Not Accommodating
Sagebrush Inn & SuitesI travel with coolers of food due to a food allergy. There was no freezer available to refreeze my travel freezer bags for the coolers. There was no handicapped room available that was pet friendly. The building for pets has no elevator and there is no easy way to get your items from the car to the room - even a first floor room. Don't bother booking this one. I walked away from my pre-paid room. The Hampton Inn across the street is the way to go. Consider yourself warned.

Loved Candlewood Suites!
Candlewood Suites Columbia East an IHG HotelFull sized refrigerator and kitchen! Comfortable, quiet, clean, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced! Due to food allergies, I travel with two coolers of food. Traveled with my mom and dog. Best stay ever!
