Not a "Plus"
Best Western Plus Inn at Valley ViewThe front desk staff was friendly, but maintenance was lacking. Interior a bit dingy, no batteries in tv clicker, erratic and virtually unusable internet, toilet "iffy." Adequate areas to walk a dog, poop bag dispenser empty -- a problem if you forget your own!

Great Place for Dogs!
Sheraton Memphis Downtown HotelThe Sheraton was located right next to a little park and only a few blocks from Mud Island Dog Park, so easy to walk and exercise my dog. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I was able to order from restaurant menu and eat in open bar area with my dog. Everyone was friendly toward me and my dog.

Quality Suites I-44The new owner has substantially improved the property for humans. New flooring, new paint, and new mattresses already done with more to come. Honestly we thought everything was done and look forward to seeing the new curtains, bed frames and other updates on our next trip. Lots of surrounding well-maintained grassy areas for walking dogs. Friendly staff. The negative reviews during the previous owner’s time should be ignored.
