Do not recommend

We drove 1/2 way across the country for grand baby's 1st birthday. This looked perfect! A few blocks from the kids & kitchenette so we didn't have to eat out every meal for 2 weeks. Got there & it was dingy & sketchy. Lights that didn't work. Microwave didn't work (they brought a different one). Windows that either didn't close all the way or didn't open. Stains & butt burn marks in bathroom & kitchenette. Bedding dirty. Should have never stayed, but we were road weary & the price & location & pet friendly led us to say we'll buck up.

Bought sheets, groceries & kitchen utensils. Started cooking breakfast the 2nd morning. No functional hood fan set off smoke alarm. I had just melted butter & put the eggs in the pan. Front desk said, "Open the windows." Remember what I said about the windows? Desk said, "Wait 30 minutes at least." So we went out for breakfast. Came back, could still hear the smoke alarm going. Went to Mall of America. Came back, alarm was quiet. Went back up to the room & found the smoke alarm DISCONNECTED FROM THE CEILING! Decided then to leave requesting a refund. BringFido reps were excellent, desk manager was polite. Expected refund back to my card. Instead I got an email saying it was denied. "They mentioned that there's no issue with the fire alarm." Don't stay here.

Tiny room smelled, bed slats BROKE. Dealt with it for the few hours we were there. Road weariness will do that.
