A little buggy
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Willcox an IHG HotelThe halls, the walls and our room had WAY TOO MANY little black, flat bugs. There were a couple on our bed sheets‼️ I know it's monsoon season because we live in Phoenix and we know about these bugs. However, if you hire an exterminator, you won't have these bugs. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, a shrug and a "nothing we can do about it." As we Arizonans well know, that excuse doesn't "fly." Unfriendly staff, but good breakfast though. Too bad they are the only game in town.
The meaning of friendly
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orange an IHG HotelTerrific customer service. The staff was very accommodating, putting us on the first floor to make things easier for our little chubsy flubsy fur baby.
Not ready for prime time
Hilton Garden Inn TallahasseeThe staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming considering they had no air conditioning. Restaurant staff was good as well. Our room had a moldy ceiling in the bathroom, a few tissues WADDED up and stuck in tissue holder, empty sundry dispensers and only one hand towel. Ice machine on second floor didn't work and key failed to work on exterior doors. Dog area inaccessible due to neglect and no bags or waste containers provided. Sign on entrance indicated remodeling but come on! Just pure neglect by housekeeping and maintenance!
Pack Leader!
Drury Inn & Suites GainesvilleExemplary staff, thank you Cassandra and your team! Smiling faces and happy hellos from everyone. Immaculate, spacious rooms. Breakfasts and dinners are perfect for weary travelers, especially those with families. Take a swim, wear the kids out, eat dinner on the premises and go to bed. Perfect for pets. Lots of green space and other doggies to connect with. The rooms and hallways smell wonderful! A perfect place for pet lovers and their humans! 10 BONES!!!
