Hotel in need of repairs

The people who work at this hotel were very nice and friendly. They were very nice to our dogs. The hotel was old and in need of repairs and our room was not clean. There were pieces of cardboard as "shims" under the edge of the toilet to keep it from wobbling, the bathmat had a large hole in it, there were huge dark stains on the couch, and the refrigerator was in bad need of defrosting. I would not stay there again.
