Clean And Quiet
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Midwest City - Tinker AFBPerfect after a long day. It’s right off the freeway, easy to find lots of food options nearby. It was pretty quiet and felt safe. Easy check in! My dog was content as well! Would stay again.
Not fenced, Not Well Kept
Thompson Park Dog ParkStopped by during a road trip. The “entrance” was technically locked due to Covid-19.. Although the guy that was already in there should me that the end of the fence was just a few steps down and you could walk right in. There was a pond that had so much trash and rubbish in it I didn’t want my dog in there. Not to mention the fencing issue. If your dog has good recall it may be ok, mine does not. I did however, enjoy walking him around the paths, it is a nice park overall. I just don’t recommend the dog park for off leash time.
Pandemic Review
La Quinta by Wyndham Albuquerque WestSuper clean! Large dog friendly. Plenty of grass around for pup potty time. Would most definitely stay here again. No breakfast, due to Covid-19, but there is a small snack store.. Staff was friendly. Seemed quite. I’ll update after check out if I need to.
Great Pandemic Getaway
Dog Park at Rio Grande Triangle ParkNice park! Lots of space. No grass, just an old fake grass rug.. There were lots of dogs there in the evening. Everyone was very friendly. We were just traveling through and decided to go before we checked in to our hotel. Big mistake! lol Our pup had a blast! After being in the car all day. He found dirt, then water, then mud!!! I had to bathe him in the parking lot before we left! Haha.. Side note there is a regular park across the street you can on leash walk your dog.
Closed During Pandemic
Barkmaster Dog ParkNice park to walk around though.. Looked like it would’ve been fun.
