Room unavailable

Check in was at 3pm. I showed up at 4:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready. No big deal, I thought we’ll come back in an hour. We showed up just before 6 and the room still wasn’t ready. They offered to switch us rooms. Great!! Wrong… The room we booked through BringFido was apparently “not pet friendly” and they couldn’t accommodate us unless I wanted to add another room. I opted to cancel the reservation and go searching for another hotel. What a complete waste of my time.
