Great hotel
Hampton Inn SalisburyStill under some renovations but the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and neat, and the breakfast buffet was one the best.
Needs renovation
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond-MidlothianThe room was in need of renovation Also the room wasn’t very clean. Granted I did stay there on a fri and sat nite but the hallways were loud with people yelling after midnight. I would not recommend.
Great location
Aloft Chicago Mag MileDog friendly and very centrally located for Michigan avenue, river walk, and the navy pier as well as numerous restaurants.
Clean place
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Albert Lea MNVery clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Dated rooms
Comfort Inn Idaho FallsStaff very friendly but rooms are very dated. Carpet and furniture need some desperate updating.
Clean hotel
Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/LaytonVery clean hotel and dog friendly at no additional fee.
Great location
Aloft by Marriott Reno-Tahoe International AirportGreat location, but traffic from interstate was extremely noisy most of the night.
Long wait
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carpinteria an IHG HotelI admit I arrived at 2pm for a 3 pm check in and totally understand that I was told a room wasn’t ready, but when I showed back up at 3:10pm and was told they are understaffed because of Covid and room wouldn’t be ready for another 30 mins I was a bit perturbed. I would have thought the staff might have “thrown me a bone” and waived the $15 per fee for having me wait 45 mins past the time I expected to get it. The hotel is also pretty dated.
No grass area for dogs
Aloft New Orleans DowntownLocation pretty good. Just a 10 min walk to French quarter.
