Issue with cleanliness
Residence Inn Marriott FlorenceStayed in April and noted less than friendly front desk staff. While taking out sofa bed, believed to have found a bed bug. Immediately checked out and front desk was less than helpful. To hotel's credit, manager did call the next day and state that examination by contracted service determined it was not a bed bug but a seed. We stated it looked like a bed bug and my daughter would not sleep in bed. We certainly could have been wrong, but then again, why are there seeds in bed? Marriott refused to provide refund. Will not be returning.

Great accommodating hotel
Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District an IHG HotelStaff could not be more helpful! Pet was welcomed, room was great condition, very nice lobby, bar and dining. Staff even offered to set up table outside in lobby so our dog can be with us. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!
Quality Inn Oneonta Cooperstown AreaGreat motel, clean, good location and of course extremely pet friendly! Kendra, front desk manager could not be more helpful and even offered to pet set if needed. After struggling to find a decent motel/hotel, to bring our dog over the years, we weren't expecting much. The Quality Inn certainly change that! Highly recommend for pet owners.
