Dirty & Cold
Tugboat InnThe heat wasn't on in the room and it was 19 degrees outside. Took 2 hours for heat to warm room; floor was still cold. Room was dirty with so much hair on the room & bathroom floor and walls. Disgusting air freshener was under the sink; looked like it had been there for years. Door knob was broken. Filter vent for heating unit was black and the inside of the heater/ac unit was black, mildewy and just disgusting. Dog owner rooms may have water view but it is over a giant parking lot. Room cost $170 + $20 to have the dog. What a horrible experience.
Beyond Excellent!
Aloft Boston Seaport DistrictWhat a wonderful experience. Clean rooms, lobby, grounds, high tech amenities, safe & great location, fantastic staff, and the best dog friendly hotel we have visited in the entire 11 years of Nick the Beagle's life. We would like to thank the friendly and knowledgeable Natasha and Eddie at the front desk, the efficient and sweet Security Guard Chrissan, the talented bartender Jose...and all the other staff that make this Marriott hotel so wonderful for both dogs and humans. We will definitely be visiting this hotel and other Marriott Aloft hotels in the future.
