A Summer heat escape in AZ
Mt Lemmon Cookie CabinSuper friendly staff, menu is very limited but don't let that discourage you. Beautiful outside setting, lots of tables for you and your pooch. A great escape from brutal AZ summer heat.
Closed Seasonally, but looks great
The Burger BarnPlanned on eating here for lunch today. October, about 60 degrees and sunny. Unfortunately, they are closed for the season. Located in lovely area by Panguitch Lake and Dixie National Forest. Large area outside to eat with your pooch. I hope to try it in the future.
Great patio, food and view
Rustler's RestaurantWe ate here twice for lunch while visiting Bryce Cyn NP. What a great find. Very friendly service to people and doggies. We ate the pulled pork sandwich and Munch Burger. Nice view of a colored Mesa from the large patio.
Super friendly and accommodating
Quality Inn Cedar City - University AreaEasy check in, friendly front desk and good breakfast. Numerous grass areas to relieve your pet.
Clean and friendly
GreenTree Inn SedonaWe've stayed here many times, but this is the first time with a dog. Clean room and we all slept great. Lots of potty spots for the pooch. Directly across the street from Thunder Mtn (Disneyland has a ride copying it). The breakfast at the hotel is blah but Sedona has a lot of eating options. Sedona was very crowded this trip so we got food to go from Jose's Cafe in the nearby Safeway shopping center and ate on our patio facing Thunder Mtn. I think alot of locals eat there. Great menu selections, very reasonable prices and great service.
Friendly Comfort Food
The Early Bird CafeNestled in the smell of pines is this small town, friendly diner. Several outside tables for Fido with prompt service with a smile. The locals meet up here and you will likely see some classic cars parked there also.No frills food, but satisfying.
What a find!
Old County InnGreat pizza and salads. Lots of outdoor tables under covering. Friendly staff!
Very pleased 😀
Majestic Mountain InnOur room was a deluxe double queen and had a lovely stone, gas fireplace also. Clean and updated. A great visit for us, and lots of areas on property to relieve your pet.
My first time but not the last.
Rim Country BBQThey know how to BBQ. Tried pulled pork, burnt brisket ends and sliced brisket. Great coleslaw and hubby gave two thumbs up on the beans. No complaints from Ellie, our dog either. We will definitely go again.
What's not to love ❤?
Macky's GrillWhen in Payson, this is a favorite place. Always friendly service, great food and enjoyable large patio.
What a treat....
Duza's KitchenAdorable setting, delicious flavors and menu options. Front patio is available for you to enjoy with your pooch. Doggie menu options also. I had the Calabacitas for breakfast. A delicious New Mexico breakfast dish I had wanted to try. Generous portion and flavor was divine.
Adequate and clean
Quality Inn PaysonA cost friendly hotel. Adequate for a short stay. Good location in town. Clean, friendly front desk and helpful. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room (supposed to of had one) so I needed to get one at desk. Big grass area to relieve your pet, but some people don't leash their dogs even though hotel requires it. Come on people!
Quality ingredients and friendly atmosphere
Goyita'sWe love eating here and bringing our pup. Warning about the New Mexico red sauce, it is SPICY. You can get sample of it to decide before ordering. Delicious breakfast available on Fri and Sat mornings (8-11). One of our favorite spots to support.
Under new management
Socorro Springs Restaurant & BreweryI wanted to go there while passing thru town. Restaurant is under new owners now. I asked if patio was open to eat lunch, and gentleman "wasn't sure" but would check. He did say they Do Not have misters on patio and it would be very warm, mid 90's.. I rated it 3 bones since I can't say if it would be a great visit or not. Needless to say we didn't go.
Clean and updated room
Days Inn by Wyndham Ruidoso DownsThe room itself was clean and updated. As far as accommodating a pet, not ideal. Friendly staff but at check-in I asked the front desk where dog can go potty, the clerk didn't think there was an area that he knew of. I looked around for myself and the only spot on property was a small, junky work area with debris and trash in overgrown grass behind complex. That was disappointing and gross.
A regular spot for us
Rosati's Pizza Sports PubGood variety on the menu, 4 outside tables. If your pooch needs water, they cheerfully bring it. In the heat of summer, it is too hot to sit outside during the day though.
A definite stop when in Show Low.
The HouseReal good food. Went here twice while in Show Low. Lots of outdoor space and tables. A comfortable stop for many people bringing their dogs. Friendly staff. Two thumbs up on their food.
Dog friendly and free breakfast
Days Inn by Wyndham Show LowCourteous staff, reasonable rate and doggy friendly. They have an attached yummy Cafe that will give you free hot breakfast with voucher from front desk. You will need to get takeout since no outside dining for your pup. Room was clean and quiet. I'd give it 5 bones except the carpet had pet stains on it.
Clean and doggie friendly
Days Hotel by Wyndham FlagstaffI was very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and dog friendly staff. Nice dining patio next door at Northern Pines restaurant. Definitely will stay here again when in Flagstaff.
