Friendly Staff!
Consume IoniaWe had such a wonderful experience here at Consume Ionia! Spencer and the rest of the crew were SO friendly and welcoming to our fur babies. One of our pups wasn't quite ready to be inside, but they still treated her like a princess and offered treats. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their products and offered guidance and suggestions to what we needed. It's a wonderful little place and a must-visit when in town!

The FRIENDLIEST!
Thompson Savannah Part of HyattWe were SO nervous bringing a 100 lb husky to a hotel, and the crew at the Thompson made us feel SO loved and SO welcome. Tristan made sure our room was set up with a dog bed and bowls, and made sure to highlight beautiful areas to walk around. Sites to see (like Forrest Gump's bench), and other dog-friendly places in the area! Bernard made sure our 10-year-old son got to see the view from the roof before it was too late for him to go up there, and both Tristan and Bernard (plus a plethora of AMAZING people all working at the hotel) were instrumental in helping our husky find the stairs when we discovered he's afraid of elevators! We will definitely be requesting the lowest floor possible next time we visit, because there will DEFINITELY be a next time.

Wonderful Stay!
Alpha K9 UWe brought our Husky here for boarding and training and it was a WONDERFUL experience! We were so nervous to leave him there for 2 weeks but they gave us updates and he had such a wonderful time! After we boarded him, we continued training for 6 weeks. This is a WONDERFUL place and we highly recommend it to EVERYONE
