Great service and very clean
Port Inn & Suites Kennebunk Ascend Hotel CollectionThis is a really nice hotel. Employees very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast could be better. Very limited.

Where to start!
Flagship Inn and SuitesSo checking in I had to pay pet fee for three nights. That would be $150 for two pets. I had to argue because they were going to charge me $300. First night AC failed and office was closed. We sat with door open most of the night. Reported in the morning and were told they would call us by 11am to move to another room. We left for awhile. At 12:45, we went to office for status since no call. We were told anther 30 minutes. We packed and waited on them. The breakfast was a low-end continental breakfast so we found other restaurants. Both rooms were very clean but they should find a new handyman for the renovations. Trim missing, transition thresholds not installed correctly, electrical plates missing, holes in drywall where curtains previously hung not filled. First look the room is nice but they need to do a lot more work. The AC failure was not our complaint as that could happen anytime. It was the service to offer anything for our trouble and the wait. Need better service.

Very clean and quiet
Twin Mountain Inn & SuitesThe room was very clean and large. Plenty of room for the dogs to move around. I wish the balconies were more secure for dogs. My 10# dog could easily slip through so even on a leash we were not comfortable having her out there We will stay here again but hope they make balconies more secure in future.
