Historic Savannah Tourist District
Foley House InnFoley Inn is two row houses joined together on Chippewa Square, a block south of Oglethorpe. Our room was well-tended. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many local restaurants are within a walkable distance. The square is excellent for dog walking. Luckily, on-street parking was available and affordable on our visit, We were there on a Sunday night so parking was free. There is a small parking area at the rear of the property but it is still under repair and unusable. As it is an amalgam of two very old row houses, it is neither handicap accessible nor for those intimidated by complexes of staircases. We would return there but for the rapacious pet fee of $150 per dog. We hope they rethink this.

Location, Location, Location
Knights Inn Huntsville OnTen minutes walk to downtown Huntsville, Muskoka, ON. $15/dog/night. Park across a two-lane street is 60x800 ft somewhat steep grassy area. This is an aging motel with some upgrades. The room had a distinct odor when we arrived. That dissipated when I turned on the under-window air-conditioner. Large hot tub in our room. OK electrical outlets w/USB ports. Free wifi. Firm bed. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in room.
