Filthy Hotel

I paid for a two night stay at the La Quinta Inn San Antonio Lackland. The room was so dirty that we left shortly after we checked in but with the BringFido no-refund policy, our mistake in booking with them was somewhat costly. The mini-fridge leaked water on the floor; the towel we used to soak up the water turned black from dirt on the floor; there was hair on the bathroom floor and counter, mold in the crack in the bathroom tile, the TV didn't work (nor could the maintenance man fix it), the bed was damp, and the hotel was surrounded by vacant boarded up buildings. This was our first - and last! - experience with La Quinta and Bring Fido.
