Located at only 5 minutes drive to the Arenal sandy beach, Casa Feliz (translated as Happy House) is an excellent holiday retreat for up to 8 holiday makers wishing to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the terrace or in the covered summer pergola alongside the private pool. The perfect location to chill and relax.
The villa is fully equipped and has use of a fitness room. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in each bedroom.

Please note that 2 bedrooms have independent access and are not connected internally with the main house.
Beautiful Spanish villa 'Villa Feliz' translated as Happy House is set on a 2500 m2 plot in the popular Cap Marti area of Javea just a 5 minute rive from the Arenal beach with all the bars and restaurants and entertainment in the area. The pool garden is completely enclosed and private with a purpose built poolside pergola for relaxing and dinning alfresco whilst looking over the pool and mature gardens surrounded by palm trees. The villa is completely fenced and there is a lawn for the children to play and wild areas for exploring. The main house is very spacious with an open plan lounge dinning room with double patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition there is a fitness room for those looking to keep in trim whilst on holiday!
