Dog-friendly Argal Park in El Paso, TX is home to a large park with fenced-in play areas for large and small dogs to play freely off-leash. Beautiful, but stay on paths!
For those not familiar with the local vegetation—there is no off-concrete spot for peeing until you get to the fenced area (far side from the parking lot). there are some VERY nasty stickers in the low-water vegetation. that said, it’s BEAUTIFULLY landscaped, with pleasant winding paths and seating areas.

Super hot if stoping in summer
We were looking for a travel stop for our dogs and picked this park. The dog section is far from the parking lot and has no shade. Nice grassy area, however don’t recommend if summer time. Fall or spring would be great. Just FYI if looking for a spot when it’s hot.

This is our go to park. It is very clean and big place.
