- AshlieMay 14, 2023Quick stop.
Was just traveling through the area and needed to give my pup a break to stretch. was about 4 miles off the interstate the direction I was coming. 2 separate parks one for large and one for small. the large dog park is probably 3x’s the size as the small. The small dog park has plenty of seating but all the agility/obstacles are in the large dog park. both have water fountains that didn’t work. Lots of ants. overall done the job probably just needs a little more love to the park.

We did short walk in the park. It was May so the “stickers” had not bloomed yet. It is west Texas so there is little grass. We went early in the AM so it was deserted.

I stopped here on my way to Santa Fe to let my dog stretch her legs. Upon first glance it looked like a nice park with new agility equipment and benches. As we got further into the park my dog started limping and I realized the entire park was covered with stickers. I hope someone takes care of this because the park is not really usable in this condition. Beware if you visit!
