The Black Walnut Bed & Breakfast is a historic inn within walking distance of the galleries, shops, and restaurants in downtown Asheville. It is only a few minutes drive to the Biltmore estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Mountains with convenient access to unlimited outdoor activities. The Black Walnut Bed & Breakfast is perfectly situated on 3/4ths of an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens, featuring two tranquil Koi ponds. They offer seven guest rooms, but dogs are allowed in the original carriage house room only. All guest rooms are embellished with fresh flowers, chocolates and luxury bedding, a selection of pillows for perfect comfort and all cotton high thread count sheets. The baths are complete with heavy and soft Turkish towels, as well as, Aveda bath products. Other amenities include the daily local paper, Wall street Journal, and Sunday New York times, as well as a video library, books, board games, cable TV service, and unlimited local calls. A gourmet breakfast is served from 8:30am to 9:30am daily, along with complimentary wines, hor's douvres and pastries from 5:30pm to 6:30pm each evening. Complimentary soft drinks, coffee and tea are also available 24 hours a day.

Well loved and behaved pets are welcome in the Pet Friendly Cottage only. There is no pet fee, weight limit, or restriction on the number of pets allowed in each room.
