Hotel accepted the reservation on BringFido, then the hotel staff called and told me they did not have the double room requested, but had king - so we accepted the king room. 10 minutes later BringFido called and said they did not have a room even though we spoke to the staff personally. SO, BringFido facilitated the refund BUT said it could take 1-15 days to show up on our account. Probably better off not to stay there, if they get reservations so wrong.
