Against ADA regulations, my service dog in a marked vest with harness and three identifying licenses, we were asked to leave the breakfast area. I informed the staff that it was a licensed service dog and she still insisted. We informed the front desk and heard that the staff said she didn’t see the service tags. That was a lie. The staff humiliated me. I left in tears. Having a disability is already a challenge but the treatment left me feeling worse. The room was comfortable and clean, but we won’t be returning.
