We had the pleasure of renting from this company this weekend and went away with way more then what we expected! Great people, great prices, and very thorough and helpful! Our dane loved it!

Very nice people. My wife and I took our dog out today and it was perfect. I can't believe the bad ratings posted here. No it isn't a yacht club but it has the charm like your favorite off the beaten path restaurant. If you want to take a nice trip to some beach areas that you can let your dog run free while you pick up sea shells then this is where you go.

I have not brought my dog here but I've rented many times from Pete (very sweet old man) ands he had his 3 legged lab mix running around out there he did infrom me to bring my dog next time, which I plan to! this place is not super fancy but fair priced and laid back home feeling. A real chill beach business

this is.NOT A DOG.BEACH!! It is a boat rental a someone's house! No beach or ramp. You have to rent a boat from this nasty , unkept place and take your dog to.a small island to let your dog go swiming!! Should not be listed a a dog beach but as a dog friendly boat rental!!!

Our family has just returned home from Figure Eight
Island and we rented a boat from Entropy for 2 days. Our experience was wonderful! Both Pete and his son Chris were pleasant, accommodating and helpful above and beyond the asking. It is our hope to return next year and we will definitely use Entropy again. - ChristinaMore than a year agoWORST SERVICE EVER!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE: my family and I decided to rent a boat for my uncle's birthday. I had personally spoke to the owner about six times via telephone and had given a credit card and secured a date to go out on the water. We were very excited. I called to confirm and verify details the day before and the owner even told me and my party to come at 1 pm instead of 1:30. Seemed great and very accommodated. We had rented in Wilmington before and decided to try Entropy because of the low cost of the rental. On our way to the marina to get the boat, I call the owner because we were lost. He was shocked and had no idea who I was. I said "Sir, I spoke with you yesterday and SEVERAL times before, and you said we were good to go and to even come a bit early". His response was polite, but very confused. he responded "I'm sorry, I don't have you on the books and then said I thought I would have another boat". Shocked and very upset, I said "you took our card down and confirmed less then 24 hours ago that we were still on and good to go". Kindly, he said that his son would come back in with the boat and that we were good to go. His son pulls up and is angry. He approaches us in an aggressive, non-professional way and replies"you are not on the books, it wasn't us you called" Blah blah blah. To which I responded, "I absolutely spoke with your father several times and even yesterday at 5 pm". My timing was off 2 hours and he proceeded to argue with me and say that his father was in church at 5 and that I was completely wrong. I then checked my phone and admitted to being 2 hours off. SO SORRY!!! His wife was kind and I felt very bad for the young child with him, in front of which he was arguing and being very rude to us. No way to speak and act in front of a child. Trust me, I am pregnant and have one at home. I will NEVER call back and I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU DO, BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE NO CLUE WHO YOU ARE. YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH IGNORANCE!!!
