The beach is welcoming to leashed dogs. It isn’t crowded and there’s free street parking. There are porta potties regularly placed alongside the street parking but no real toilets along the beach. There was a shower to wash your feet off when leaving the beach.
- ShanaJul 5, 2021Fun day!
Our dogs had a blast going into the water. It wasn’t crowded and the area was clean.
- TeresaJun 22, 2021Bad timing?
Not sure if it was because tropical Claudette had just gone through or what but when we visited the beach was dirty and unappealing. I was surprised by how narrow it was.

our Zena loves the beach. nice, quiet beach.
- EmilyOct 4, 2020Good Beach for the Pup
the water isn’t great...it’s just an ok beach for the kids but they have dog clean up bags and showers. parking is right along the beach so not a long walk
- JennJun 16, 2020Loved Front beach
My Lily had never been to the ocean before so we drove down to the coast for the day. I don't know if it was because it was a Monday afternoon, the recent tropical storm, or Covid, but the beach was essentially deserted and very clean. The few other people and dogs that were there were friendly but mostly kept to themselves. We had a great day and look forward to going back

I saw this beach on BringFido and decided to try it, and I’m so glad we did! My dog enjoyed the beach just as much as my kids! The beach was super clean and not overcrowded. There were outdoor showers next to the parking area which Biloxi beaches do not have. We will visit this beach again!

This is such an awesome beach! For the fur babies. We were there on Easter Day and it wasn’t that crowded. They had a DJ playing and all the dogs were just happy to be there. They even had an ice cream truck and a cool pier to walk on. Our Bowman had an awesome time plus it was his fist time on the beach. We rescued him in November and we just want to give him the best life ever. This beach will be a part of his life now. We drove from New Orleans and it was worth the drive!!!

I wanted to bring my dog, Dakota, to the beach for 21st birthday and this was the beach I picked. And I wasn’t disappointed! The beach was very clean but the water was dirty, but I’m not expecting crystal clear waters from the Gulf. The beach was very long and had a couple of dogs, but I did go on a Monday at 2pm. You have to keep your dog on a leash on the beach, but honestly if the beach isn’t crowded and your dog doesn’t chase people or other dogs, you can let your pup off leash. But I would recommend doing it towards the end of the beach. I let Dakota off and I didn’t get yelled at or kicked off the beach. Dakota loved running in the sand, barking at the waves, and rolling on the beach. Again, this is a wonderful place to bring your dog to the beach!
- ScottAug 8, 2018Great place to run dogs
The beach has nice sand and the water is shallow. Not great for peoples to swim but excellent for dogs to fetch and play. This beach has showers, benches and fire rings. Parking can be tough sometimes but overall your dogs will love this beach!
- CheyneMore than a year agoGreat for dogs
The beach is a little small and the water is shallow unless you go out pretty far, but our pups enjoyed going for a swim and we didn’t have to worry about them getting carried out by the waves. Made for a great pet friendly outing!
- SteveMore than a year agoQuiet beach limited amenities
This beach was easy to locate and had off street parking. There is a sidewalk that runs adjacent to the beach with a few shower stations designed for humans, not fur babies. Dogs loved running in the sand and splashing in the water. It's a good idea to bring water bowls so your pup can have access to fresh water and bags as these are not provided. Very clean and beautiful (not crowded) beach overall.
- ClaudiaMore than a year agoPretty quiet and serene.
Beautiful small beach area with long sidewalks to walk your dog. Friendly people, garbage cans and showers to wash off. Def stop here

It's better to go to the beach that is down general Pershing. I parked by the entrance of the usm coastal research campus. Less people more pups
- KatyMore than a year agowonderful, pet friendly
I went not sure how it would be since no one has put in a review. My dogs & I loved it! There were many dogs there. There is even a pier that has benches. There is plenty of space to walk. We can't wait to go again!
