Reviews
Visitors generally find Baxter's Dog Park to be a spacious and well-maintained facility with separate areas for small, medium, and large dogs. They appreciate the grassy areas, benches, and picnic tables, but some note issues with dog waste in certain areas.

Big dogs in the small dog area that small dogs don’t want to be around….
- TerriFeb 22, 2024Too bad - park temp. closed
This park looked great - good fencing, nice location. But it was closed and locked tight. A sign explained it was closed due to “conditions of the park.” It wasn’t evident what those conditions may be, and there was no indication when it might reopen. Too bad…

great large spot! super impressed. three areas, small, medium, large dog areas, all very well kept and great size for a great play and run!

Nice park but there is too much poop left all over.
- AdrienneJun 19, 2022Big grassy space
We were glad to find this large park for Toby to zoom around in. it was clean except for near the fences. It’s a nice neighborhood dog park.
- KarenMar 25, 2022Nice grassy areas
big & small dog areas with lots of running areas. Poop bags. picnic tables. restroom was seasonally closed. bring your own water. our Standard poodle loved it.
- RhondaSep 19, 2021Great Dog Park
This is a great park for all size dogs. Picnic table and bench with a public restroom. Watch out for poop in the grass and please do pick up after your dog. I would rate it a 5 but to much poop to do that.

After a week of 500+ mile days in a Jeep, our two big dogs needed some space to run! This park was recommended by our BringFido hotel and was more than we had hoped for! At least an acre of grassy space, divided into three large sections by well maintained chain link fencing with shade trees, benches & picnic tables, it is the best dog park we have ever visited! We arrived early (8am) and were the only ones in the park. by the time we left three other dogs and their owners arrived. Plenty of off street parking and clean public restrooms on site. A blue ribbon dog park!

We’d been on a road trip and needed to let the girls - two rescues - stretch their legs after two days of trucking along. We stopped by here and they have three great areas:
1. Small dogs
2. Large dogs
3. EveryoneEveryone was super friendly and when they heard one of our dogs was reactive (she was out walking with my husband while our other one was in playing at the park), they were super nice and said “bring her in and use the other area! Worst that’s going to happen is she’s going to bark, nothing wrong with that!” So we used the other area no one was in and both our girls got to play! It was great!
They also have good parking and tons of poop bags available!
