After your tour, stretch your legs with your leashed dog down Commercial Street and enjoy some window shopping. Many stores have water bowls outside and several even allow well-behaved dogs inside like the Black Dog General Store.
7 p.m. The Canteen
For a taste of local flavors, grab dinner on the spacious, dog-friendly patio of The Canteen. Savor New England classics like lobster rolls and clam chowder alongside Cape Cod brews. Dogs are welcome to join their owners in the shade of the bustling backyard patio. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a pint while your pup relaxes by your side. Dine with your dog on the pet-friendly patio at Bubala’s by the Bay.
