So much to see
Williamsburg Antique MallHas a sign on the door to say Pets welcome! The staff are friendly and welcoming, easy to lose yourself walking through all the nooks and crannies. Nice way to spend an hour or two in the afternoon and bonus gives the pup a break from the heat.
Great day
Colonial WilliamsburgPlenty of places to walk around and explore! Dogs aren't allowed inside the historic buildings but we still found plenty to do. Every couple blocks down the main street (duke of gloucester) they had a water bowl by one of the front doors. Dogs are allowed in the visitor's center and on the shuttle buses.
Awesome restaurant
Amber Ox Public HouseStaff were friendly and brought out a bowl of water for my pup. Some of their outdoor seating has shade and fans, but some are benches with umbrellas - so depending on the sun's angle you were still totally exposed and in the afternoon/evening could be very hot. Food/drinks were amazing.
Fully stocked for any doggo
The Nautical DogHappened to walk in on their anniversary - huge sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful and definitely excited to meet my pup. Big selection and so many treats to choose from.
