The vintage camper features a queen bed and pull-out sofa, heating and A/C, and a private bathroom. Guests can also use the larger separate bathhouse, shared by guests of the property’s other rentals, which features a large private shower overlooking the forest. You’ll have access to the property’s eight acres leading to the river, and you’ll be close to other outdoor recreational areas like the Sugarloaf Mountain Trailhead. The yurt does not have electricity, but a battery pack will power string lights and a wood stove will keep your pup’s paws warm. If a cool night has you craving a little more heat, try out the property’s sauna. Your pooch can relax on the deck while you prepare a delicious meal on the barbeque grill, or head into town for dinner on the patio or lawn of Lake Surperior Smokehouse and Brewpub.

Along with other glampers on the property, you’ll have access to the one-acre spring-fed pond with a sandy beach. Let Fido go for a paddle or take out one of the two sit-on-top kayaks to explore the pond, or use the three recreational kayaks with life jackets for river exploration. The trailer has many original features, but includes updated plumbing and electrical systems, a propane furnace for heat, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Spend a day exploring Carson National Forest or take your pooch for a drive along the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway, then return to the trailer for dinner and to warm your bones around the campfire.
